Park on level ground and set the parking brake. Chock the trailer wheels.
Loosen the lug nuts slightly on the flat tire before lifting.
Place the Trailer-Aid ramp in front of or behind the good tire on the same side.
Slowly pull or back onto the ramp until the flat tire is lifted off the ground.
Remove the lug nuts and flat tire.
Install the spare and hand-tighten the lug nuts.
Slowly drive off the ramp, then tighten the lug nuts in a star pattern.
Recheck lug-nut torque after driving a short distance.
Add one simple safety line underneath: Never crawl under the trailer while it is supported only by the Trailer-Aid ramp.
