RESERVATION DEPOSIT
A 25% reservation deposit is required to hold the trailer for your requested dates.
The reservation deposit is applied toward your total rental cost.
Reservations are not confirmed until the deposit has been received and your booking has been approved.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A $250 refundable security deposit is required for all rentals.
The security deposit is separate from your rental payment and will be refunded after the trailer is returned and inspected, provided that it is returned on time, reasonably clean, and without damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Costs associated with damage, excessive cleaning, missing equipment, or other charges permitted under the rental agreement may be deducted from the security deposit. Renters remain responsible for damage or other amounts exceeding the security deposit as provided in the rental agreement.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that plans can change.
More than 72 hours before pickup:
You may cancel your reservation and receive a refund of your reservation deposit.
Within 72 hours of pickup:
The 25% reservation deposit becomes non-refundable.
No-shows:
The reservation deposit is non-refundable.
If Saddle Up Trailer Rentals must cancel your reservation because the trailer becomes unavailable, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
To rent from Saddle Up Trailer Rentals, renters must:
• Be at least 25 years old
• Have a valid driver's license
• Provide proof of current automobile insurance
• Have a tow vehicle properly rated to safely tow the trailer
• Have the proper hitch, ball size, electrical connection, and working trailer brake controller if required
• Complete and sign our rental agreement and liability waiver
• Pay the remaining rental balance and $500 security deposit before taking possession of the trailer
Tow vehicle information may be requested and must be approved before pickup.
PICKUP & RETURN
The trailer will be inspected with you at pickup.
Please return the trailer at the agreed-upon time and in the same general condition in which you received it.
Late returns may result in additional rental charges and could affect another customer's reservation.
