A 25% reservation deposit is required to secure your rental dates. A separate $250 refundable security deposit is required before taking possession of the trailer.

Every rental includes a clean, inspected trailer that is ready for pickup.

A spare tire is kept with the trailer in case of a tire emergency while you're on the road.

We can also provide a hay bag and water bucket at no additional charge upon request. Just let us know before pickup and we'll have them ready for you.

Yes. Our trailers are thoroughly cleaned after every rental.

We understand how important cleanliness is when transporting animals, and we want every customer to receive a trailer that is clean, cared for, and ready for their horse.

Yes. Renters are responsible for providing a properly equipped tow vehicle that is adequately rated to safely tow the trailer.

We may request information about your vehicle, hitch, electrical connection, and towing setup before approving your rental.

Only the renter and additional drivers who have been disclosed to and approved by Saddle Up Trailer Rentals may tow the trailer.

Unapproved drivers are not permitted to tow or operate the trailer.

Yes. Renters must provide proof of current automobile insurance and are responsible for confirming that their insurance provides appropriate coverage while towing a rented trailer.

Yes. A $250 refundable security deposit is required for all rentals.

The deposit is returned following the rental once the trailer has been inspected and returned on time, reasonably clean, with all equipment present, and without damage beyond normal wear and tear.

The security deposit does not limit the renter's responsibility for damage exceeding $500.

A 25% reservation deposit is required to secure the trailer for your dates.

We understand that plans change.

More than 72 hours before pickup: Your reservation deposit is refundable.

Within 72 hours of pickup: Your 25% reservation deposit is non-refundable.

No-shows: The reservation deposit is non-refundable.

If Saddle Up Trailer Rentals must cancel your reservation because the trailer becomes unavailable, any amounts paid toward the canceled rental will be refunded.

The remaining rental balance and the $500 refundable security deposit must be paid before taking possession of the trailer.

A spare tire is provided with the trailer for roadside tire emergencies.

Renters should safely pull off the roadway and contact Saddle Up Trailer Rentals if an issue occurs. If you're in an unsafe location or emergency situation, contact the appropriate roadside or emergency service first.

We don't expect you to detail the trailer — we thoroughly clean it between rentals.

However, we do ask that you remove your personal belongings, excessive manure, bedding, hay, feed, and trash before returning it.

Excessive cleaning may result in an additional cleaning charge.

Possibly! Longer-term rentals may be available depending on our schedule.
